Direct Search

Confidential, proactive search — contacting candidates who are not actively looking.

I — Specialist: Specialists, team leads €9,000–12,000 — 4–6 weeks

II — Senior Specialist: Senior specialists, department heads €13,000–17,000 — 6 – 8 weeks

III — Executive: Senior leadership, function heads €18,000–24,000 — 8–10 weeks

Payment: one-third on engagement, one-third on shortlist presentation, one-third on placement.

Assessments are billed separately.

Advertised Search

A public search process built on visibility and applicant flow — the same rigor, a different route.

I — Specialist: Individual specialist roles €4,500–6,000 — 3–5 weeks

II — Senior / Manager: Team leads, more demanding roles €6,500–9,000 — 4–6 weeks

III — Leadership: Senior leadership positions €10,000–14,000 — 6–8 weeks

Payment: 50% on engagement, 50% on completion (placement or close of the search).

Out-of-pocket costs — such as advertising placements, assessments, or background checks — are billed separately, as incurred.
